How to Reprint Application/Acknowledgement Slip?

To reprint the application and acknowledgement slip you have to know two important things 1. application number and 2. date of birth of the applicant. Without these two pieces of information, you cannot reprint the application or application acknowledgment slip. Anyone who applies for a new caste certificate can receive an application number at the end of the application successfully submitted. (Please note: you can find your application number in the message box of the registered mobile number you give in the application form when you apply for a new cast certificate also you can receive an email to the email address you enter in the form from the official portal with the application number.)

If you have the application number and the date of birth of the applicant then follow these steps to reprint the application and acknowledgment slip-

Step 1. To reprint details you have to visit the official website of caste certificate WB https://castcertificatewb.gov.in/acknowledgement-slip/. After entering this website you can see the “applicant” option on the top in the menu bar. Under the section you can see another option named “Reprint Application/Acknowledgement Slip” Click on this option to open the reap in application and acknowledgement slip page.

Step 2. After opening the recent page you can see two options as we mentioned above 1. Application number 2. Date of birth. So now please enter the application number and the date of birth of the applicant. After submitting these details click on the search button, In a few seconds you can see the details of the application.

In this section, you can see a table format with 7 details of column 1. Application number, 2. Applicants name, 3. Father’s name, 4. Date of application, 5. Applied for, 6. Application form and 7. Acknowledgment slip. All the details look like the below example-

Step 3. In columns 6 and 7 there were two options one was the application form and the second one was the acknowledgement slip. Under this two-column, you can see the download button. By clicking this download button you can download the application form and the acknowledgement slip. After downloading you just open the acknowledgement slip or application form and print it directly. On a computer or laptop use Ctrl+P to print the page.
